The passionate chef purchases lamb and game products from the farmers in the Ultental Valley, bacon, cheese and smoked sausages from the nearby Nonstal Valley, organic spelt and other types of grain from the Meran Mill, and herbs from farms in Ultental (Wegleit and Inhof Oberhof farms).
The culinary delights are accompanied by a matching South Tyrolean or national wine and a friendly service. Anita is the service professional amongst the sisters. Together with her service team she cares for your and spoils you in the loving way of genuine South Tyrolean hospitality.
