Information
- Rates are per person including half board. Errors and changes excepted.
Extra charges: Extra charge for single room: 15% to 30%
A surcharge of 15% to 30% applies for 1 overnight stay only.
Reductions: The indicated half board price is reduced by Euro 12.00 per person for B&B only.
The indicated half board price is increased by Euro 14.00 per person for full board treatment.
Adults staying in a multi-bed bedroom receive a reduction of 10%.
- Reservations to be implemented in writing (via e-mail, fax or letter).
The booking is considered firm after receipt of the deposit.
- Room layouts: The room layouts may differ from the actual room layout - no price reductions granted.
- Arrival: You are welcome at any time! The rooms are available from 2 p.m.!
- Departure: On the day of departure you can stay in the room until 10.30 a.m.!
- Payment: You can pay with cash, Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard.
- Dogs: We charge Euro 8.00 per day (without dog food).
Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet. Out of respect to our other guests dogs have no access to the dining rooms and to the wellness area.
- Cancellation: Cancellation does not only sound unpleasant, it is unpleasant for you and for us. In case of no-show or early departure we therefore charge the following cancellation fees:
up to 30 days before expected arrival: free cancellation
29-10 days before expected arrival: 50% of the booked half board rate
9-0 days before arrival or in case of early departure: 70 % of the booked half board rate
- Wireless LAN, Internet point: at the hotel bar. Euro 4,00 per hour.
