Enjoying "good food" is part of your holidays in Hotel Ortler in the Ultental Valley. Our creative kitchen team with head chef Daniela (daughter of the house) offers fine specialities from Ultental and from South Tyrol, but also Italian delicacies. All dishes are prepared with love and dedication and the best ingredients from local farmers and producers. We mainly serve home-made dishes and seasonal products from our own garden and from nearby farmers.
We spoil your palate during your holidays:
- Vital breakfast buffet in the light-flooded breakfast room with home-made jams, fresh juices, a vast selection of herbal infusions from the Ultental Valley, different types of muesli, cheese from the Nonstal Valley, sliced meat, ham, farmer's bacon, fresh bread, fresh eggs and home-made cakes!
- You also want to enjoy a fine meal at lunch? Choose tasty dishes from our restaurant menu.
- In the afternoon the sun terrace awaits you for an apple strudel with Cappuccino... or would you prefer a slice of cake, a plum pocket with fruit from our own garden or an ice-cream?
- In the evening we await you with a 5-course menu in our restaurant: every day you will be spoiled with fresh salads, raw vegetables and various dressings at the buffet, tasty soups, delicious Tyrolean and Italian starters, fine main courses, a vegetarian menu and delicious desserts. On Sundays we serve a gala dinner, and during the week we organise an Italian evening and a South Tyrolean buffet. Furthermore, we have some culinary surprises for you... for example the lamb dishes from Ultental, milk mousse at an alpine hut, afternoon snack at the horse stables and similar events.
